One free trial class for each new student in Chingford, Edmonton and Homerton only. Select 'pay later' when you book your first class.

Good to know

  • New students are welcome to try a class before deciding to continue. This will either be a free class, depending on availability, or you just pay for that one session with no commitment to continue.
  • Open throughout the year except bank holiday Mondays.

Your first class

Loose sports clothes and a bottle of water are all you need. An instructor will greet you, answer your questions and introduce you to the other students. New students join throughout the year, so you will not be the only beginner. More for beginners.
