Getting there
- By car
- Free parking in the private car park next to the hall (tell the reception staff you have parked there). Free parking on the surrounding roads after 18:30.
- By rail
- 10 minutes' walk from Plaistow and Upton Park stations.
Your first class
Loose sports clothes and a bottle of water are all you need. An instructor will greet you, answer your questions and introduce you to the other students. New students join throughout the year, so you will not be the only beginner. More for beginners.
